 I have been providing Personal Chef Services from coast to coast for over 40 years, and have provided my services to many celebrities and high profile personalities such as: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop, Dionne Warwick, Morey Amsterdam, Ruth Roman and many many others. Now I would like to share my sinfully tasting delicacies with you.

I provide Personal Chef  Services for intimate dinners for two, as well as large dinner parties of 20 or more.  Each menu is specifically designed with your food preferences in mind, and every detail is looked after as though you are Royalty. 

Since my menus are specifically designed for each and every client, I don't have any set menus.  However, I will come to your home for a free consultation to discuss your very private and important food needs along with a list of gourmet and standard entrees. You can also click onto my Gourmet Corner to view some of the sumptious entrees I have to offer.  When I arrive at your home, I will consult with you on 5 course food options. If you like, I will create recipes from your favorite restaurant, or you your would like to keep your menu more traditional, I have thousands of recipes to choose from.

Just let me know what your food preferences are, and I will create a menu and submit it to you for your aproval based upon your specific instructions.  I will design a menu around any dietary or food allergies you may have.
